Wolf Bay Landing is a gated, waterfront short-term rental property located at 8900 Toler Lane, Foley, AL 36535. Wolf Bay is proud to be one of only two certified US Treasured bodies of water in the state of Alabama.

Every unit directly faces the water and features an expansive 300 sq ft balcony spanning the full length of both the Master Bedroom and Living Room — perfect for bird watching, outdoor dining, and relaxing with stunning views.

We offer two spacious unit configurations to suit your party:

  • 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath: 1,271 sq ft, sleeps up to 6 guests.
  • 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath: 1,860 sq ft, sleeps up to 8 guests.

Wolf Bay Landing offers a wide range of premium on-site amenities including an outdoor pool, fitness room, and a clubroom complete with a large-screen TV, pool table, and foosball.

Outdoors, you will find 3 piers perfect for docking boats, fishing, and crabbing, along with a scenic pond and gazebo. Paddleboards, canoes, kayaks, and bicycles are available to rent directly on-site so you can explore the tranquil waters of Wolf Bay at your own pace. Keep an eye out—you may even spot dolphins and otters!

Every unit arrives fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs in every bedroom and living room, DVD player, hair dryers, and all linens.

Each unit includes a starter kit containing one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, trash liners, mini bath soap, and mini hand soap. Additional supplies are the guest's responsibility; if you plan to do laundry, please bring your own laundry soap.

We are positioned as a peaceful, quiet retreat safely away from the tourist district, but highly convenient to everything the area has to offer:

  • Approx. 12-14 miles from the Gulf beaches.
  • Less than 10 minutes to The Wharf (concerts, dining, and shops).
  • About 5-7 minutes from the Foley Sports Complex, Tanger Outlet, and OWA.

Please note: To confirm your reservation, a deposit is required — we cannot hold units without a formal deposit.

Price quotes are valid for exactly 10 days. Until your reservation is formally locked in with a deposit, pricing remains subject to change without notice.

The primary renter must be at least 30 years of age and must present a valid photo ID at the time of check-in. The primary renter must also personally occupy the unit for the entire duration of the stay. Reservations made under false pretenses will result in immediate eviction without refund, and subletting is strictly prohibited without prior approval.

A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining 75% balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival. If your check-in date is less than 30 days away at the time of booking, 100% of the rental fee is due immediately.

We work to provide a variety of convenient checkout paths:

  • No-Fee Options: Check, money order, or cashier's check (payable to Wolf Bay Landing Condominiums, 8900 Toler Lane #B102, Foley, AL 36535) or direct online bank debit via OwnerRez.com.
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Subject to Convenience Fee): 2.5% fee for Visa, Mastercard, and Discover; 3.25% fee for American Express.

We do not accept PayPal. Returned checks incur a $50 NSF fee, and disputed credit card charges incur an additional $50 fee. A valid credit card on file is mandatory regardless of payment method to cover any damages or rules violations.

Our cancellation parameters match standard travel industry profiles:

  • 30+ days before arrival: Full refund.
  • 14-29 days before arrival: 50% refund.
  • Less than 14 days / early departure / no-show: No refund issued.

Applicable credit card convenience fees and a $40 reservation fee are non-refundable and will be deducted from any payouts. In a no-show scenario, outstanding balances are automatically processed using the card on file. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to secure your holiday investment.

Our baseline policy does not provide financial refunds for circumstances beyond our direct property management control — including personal illnesses, mandatory regional evacuations, or severe coastal weather events.

If conditions evolve such that the property poses a threat, we reserve the right to order property evacuations ahead of formal municipal notifications. We advise booking travel protections through providers like Travel Guard or CSA Travel Protection.

Check-in windows open starting at 4:00 PM. Departure check-out completes by 10:00 AM. Unapproved late departures trigger an automatic fee of $100 per half hour billed straight to your credit card file. No financial items are prorated for early departures.

Please do not head directly to any unit spaces. For security reasons, entry codes and assignments are kept offline until arrival. All arriving travelers check in at our primary service desk first:

Our office is fully staffed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with Saturday/holiday check-ins arranged by appointment. We do not offer check-ins on Sundays.

If you expect to arrive after hours, please coordinate with us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange alternate access. Uncoordinated late arrivals incur an after-hours fee of $25 per half hour.

Standard allocations allow up to 2 vehicles for 2-Bedroom units and up to 3 vehicles for 3-Bedroom units. During high-volume periods, a strict cap of 2 vehicles applies to all units.

Extra vehicles cost $25 per stay (subject to availability). Overnight vehicles must display a guest parking pass, and visitors must park in white spaces with their last name noted on the dashboard. Illegal parking will result in a $75 boot fine or towing.

Boats may be docked at our piers, subject to standard equipment charges. Boat trailer parking fees are $75 for 3-10 nights and $150 for 11-30 nights, with a maximum of one trailer per unit.

Strictly Prohibited: RVs, campers, 5th wheels, utility trailers, jet skis, and high-decibel boats (e.g., cigarette boats) are not permitted on the premises. Boat or vehicle washing is also prohibited.

Pets are strictly prohibited in short-term rental units. Designated dog-friendly units are reserved exclusively for long-term monthly rentals, subject to strict weight caps (15 lbs or less) and advance disclosure. Bringing an unauthorized animal results in an automatic $500 fine and immediate eviction.

Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not accepted. Fully trained, certified service dogs are permitted for guests with a qualifying disability with advance disclosure, in compliance with federal guidelines.

Wolf Bay Landing is a smoke-free and drug-free property. Smoking is permitted exclusively at the designated outdoor fire pits, and violations carry a $500 fine. Candles and open flames are strictly prohibited inside the units.

A quiet hours ordinance is enforced after 9:30 PM. Parties, loitering in the parking lot, or horseplay inside the units will not be tolerated. All on-site amenities are strictly reserved for paying guests and may not be used by outside visitors.
